We process personal data only to the extent necessary for a functioning website and for our content and services. Processing is lawful, fair, proportionate and transparent. We retain data only as long as the respective purpose requires or as required by law.
This website is hosted as a static site on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When the site is accessed, the hosting provider collects technically necessary access data (incl. IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating-system information). This data serves secure and stable operation as well as defence against attacks and is not merged with other data sources.
Processing may also take place outside Switzerland or the EEA. Appropriate safeguards for an adequate level of data protection are ensured through the provider's contractual framework.
If you contact us by email, your details (e.g. name, email address, content of the enquiry) are processed to handle your request and any follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
To book a free intro call we use the scheduling service Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). When you click a booking link, you are taken to a page provided by Google; the data you enter there (e.g. name, email address, chosen time slot) is processed by Google as part of scheduling the appointment. Google's privacy terms apply in addition. A transfer to the USA is possible.
This website embeds fonts (Inter, Montserrat) via Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser establishes a connection to Google's servers, transmitting your IP address.
This website itself does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and uses no first-party tracking tools. Should analytics or marketing services be introduced in future, this policy will be updated accordingly and your consent obtained in advance where required.
Within the limits of applicable law you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw any consent given at any time. To exercise your rights, a message to [email protected] is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the respective competent data protection authority.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access; transmission is encrypted (HTTPS). We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always reflects current legal requirements. The version published on this page applies.
